These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and oksgames ("oksgames," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oksgames online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available at oksgames.com and any related sub-domains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. oksgames reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, and continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By accessing the oksgames Platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to comply with all its provisions. This Agreement applies to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, application, or connection method used to access it.

This Agreement incorporates by reference the oksgames Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you in connection with an offer. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall govern with respect to that specific promotion only.

The oksgames Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. oksgames strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion agreement with oksgames or with any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by oksgames for breach of this Agreement.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility conditions. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the oksgames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify oksgames immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

oksgames shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified oksgames of the compromise and oksgames has confirmed the account has been secured.

oksgames reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon request to withdraw funds, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

All financial transactions on the oksgames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oksgames supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and any minimum or maximum transaction limits that may apply at any given time.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your oksgames wallet within minutes. Deposits via bank transfer may take 1 to 3 business hours. oksgames does not charge fees on deposits, however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which oksgames bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal access restricted until satisfactory documentation has been submitted and reviewed. Verified accounts may expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 24 business hours. oksgames reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

No Withdrawal of Deposits Used in Bonus Play: Deposits that have been used to wager in connection with a bonus offer are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been satisfied will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

oksgames may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a verified oksgames account in good standing;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, game errors, or communications failure — oksgames reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the original stake to the player's account. oksgames shall bear no liability for bets placed, or winnings not received, as a result of a communications failure on the player's end (including poor internet connectivity, device malfunction, or loss of power).

Any winnings resulting from an obvious technical error, including the erroneous display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, shall be void. oksgames reserves the right to correct any such error and adjust account balances accordingly.

Users of the oksgames Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Registering or maintaining more than one active account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, including the use of another person's payment instrument;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the Platform or other players;
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Laundering proceeds from illegal activities through the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threat toward oksgames staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any area of the Platform or any account other than your own.

oksgames reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation;
• At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion;
• Compliance with a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.

Upon account termination, any balance remaining in your oksgames wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud or abuse may be forfeited at oksgames' discretion.

All content on the oksgames Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of oksgames or its third-party licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of oksgames.

Any unauthorized use of oksgames' intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

The oksgames Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, oksgames disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

oksgames shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Platform (or your inability to access or use it);
• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay, regardless of outcome;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or communications errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any third-party conduct, including that of payment service providers or game studios.

Nothing in this Agreement limits oksgames' liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

oksgames is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity safely. In accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines, the following player protection measures are available to all registered oksgames users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you may lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting oksgames support.

oksgames processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Personal data collected by oksgames is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and the provision of the gaming services you have requested.

oksgames will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the oksgames Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting oksgames customer support. oksgames will endeavor to respond to and resolve all customer complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may be available as an alternative to formal litigation for matters within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.

oksgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, oksgames will notify active users by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an in-app or email notification, or both. The updated Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact oksgames to close your account.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendment took effect. Archived versions of this Agreement are available upon written request to oksgames customer support.
